The pictures are illustrations

3D Magic is new, and the first birds are still coming off the printer. So every picture on this site, and the short clip of a kererū being printed, are computer-generated illustrations, made in November 2026 to show the shape, colours and finish of the range. They are not photographs or film of Clara’s prints or her printer. Real photos will replace them as the first prints are photographed.

If a bird fact on this site is wrong, tell us and it will be fixed.

Names

Bird names are given in te reo Māori first, with macrons, then in English. If we’ve got one wrong, please tell us.

Website

Designed and built by Nicks. Type is Bricolage Grotesque and Figtree, from Google Fonts. The enquiry form is handled by Nicks’ forms service and emails your message to Clara’s family. The message itself isn’t stored; only a delivery record (time, site, whether it sent) is kept.
